So what I have is a long term lease? I pay for fuel, maintenance and storage and I don't get to rerent it to make a profit. Can I depreciation it?

Nope, and don't even think about renting another property at the same time.

I also think there is something stipulated in the 'Drilling lease rights' that you have to be careful of.... ;)
