ok mary i wont convert the next metric print i get and you can stand in front of the machine while the cristal hard tool comes down at 600 inches a minute and crashes into the part because the machine only understand english. or better yet we can be the guy at the general store when his scale breaks he gets his pint cup and says a pint a pound the would around. just one scoop in a pint and a pound. they he wonders why everyone is buying shot. he can't keep it in stock.

LOL When in danger, when in doubt run in circles scream and shout! Yes, I work with individuals, they really hate being called cubical engineers...but it's not my fault they never leave the "computer model", who can not operate in various formats, let alone look at the real world situations. Makes me wonder what they will be like when they get old and grouchy!

kmiller---- I'd multiply the minutes by 4 to get clicks rather than divide when using 1/4 minute adjustments. Did I read your answer incorrectly? R

If you think in MOA and do everything in MOA less chance of error. There is a place for reading the dial and another place for counting clicks.

How big is the Smallbore ram, 2 1/2 MOA high 4 MOA wide, Miss just over his back sighting in take 2 Minutes off the sight and watch the next strike. Clicks are fine for small adjustments, If you see some consistent wind running left to right during a string put 2 clicks left on the sight withoug coming out of position and see what the call and spot says next shot. Another shooter says there is 1 Minute of drop on his sights due to cold weather you know what to do. Click up 4 clicks. MOA is a natural measurement 1/360 of a circle. Been used for years by navagators and surveyors

Mills are the same principal just different. I always thought they were pushed on the US by Nato, same guys that forced 9mm's on the Military and made you put another set of wrenches in your tool box.
