Ribs
Does anyone know how to get in touch with the gentleman that had the winning barbecue ribs in Winnsboro this year? I believe he is from Florida.

Re: Ribs
He will be really tickled that someone thinks he is a gentleman. I think it was Dennis Glascock from Jacksonville, Fl. He was trying to sell a Ruger #1 a few weeks ago on this board--you should be able to find some contact info there.

Re: Ribs
Email or message me and I will send you Dennis's Contact information. He has won numerous BBQ contests in the Jacksonville area with his ribs. Dry rub of course.

Actually my daughter won the contest! She was just smart enough to sucker Dennis into cooking for her and having Junior Lawrence furnish the pit and man power! Of course the Budweiser wagon did help!
