A custom Clymer 7-08 reamer that has never been used is for sale. It has a 0.316" diameter neck so no neck-turning is required, unless forming brass from 308 cases, in which case only light neck-turning is required. The freebore is 0.100" long @ 0.2845" in diameter to better alight bullets to the bore. Leade angle is 1.5 degrees per side. It was designed to allow ram bullets to be fed from a Remington Short Action magazine and still hit the lands as well as CPT bullets. It is a specially designed Hunter HP, 7-08 reamer. It will ship to you in the lower 48 for only $125. This is a new, never used reamer. There are also 200 rounds of new, Remington, nickle-plated 7-08 brass for sale if interested. Asking price for the brass is only $100 shipped to the lower 48. This item is back-ordered on the sites I looked at. If you take the reamer and brass, the price drops to just $200 shipped to you in the lower 48.
