When taking your family to shoot at a smallbore match, does each member (husband, wife, kids) all have to have different NRA numbers, or is it a family number. thanks

The NRA changed the requirements a couple of years ago. You can compete without a NRA number you just can't set any national records is how I think it reads. It does leave some leeway for the match director to require NRA memebrship.

The following data must be entered in the indicated blanks on the Classification Book Cover and Fee Payment
Stub prior to the first match of the year.
1. Competitor name and address
2. NRA Membership Number (Encouraged, not required)
3. Issuing club name

What do you mean by "issueing club name"? I belong to two clubs. Have a NRA card, but I am not professionally affiliated with either club, nor did they help me in any way to join the NRA.

Thanks,

issuing club name is the one where you purchased your nra score book, the match director has to return records of books sold at his match and club.

Issuing club name is the name of the club you got the book from.
