OFGC Match Results

Post by BlauBear »

In between rain storms we had some really good shooting from the youngsters on Saturday. Mallory (aka Mini-Kitty) shot a personal best 31 to win the first match, and since, as Kitty says - steel sharpens steel - Kolby decided he didn't like the taste of that so he took the second match. SInce John has the records I'll let him fill in the details, but y'all need to come on out and give these kids some competition! I'd like to get whupped by some adults for a change!

Was a good day, in spite of the rain and humidity...Typicall Arkansas fall...Koby turned it up a notch in match 2 (hunter rifle) and shot a 36..both kids are fun to watch..neither likes to lose (who does?) and they make each other better..

It is great to watch these two hammer at each other! I'm convinced either of them could shoot AA or better with a bone stock 10/22.

The problem with your 'call to arms' is the target... 36's + can be hard to put together... Especially at those rams... I have shot many of my 'personal best' scores on that range, but I atribute that directly to the company and a certain someone's cookies!

Good shootin to both!

Then there are those rumors about the water...

And, sad to say, whuppin' me takes a lot less than a 36!
