Anschutz Trigger, two stage 1712 takeoff with wide shoe

Post by BlauBear »

For Sale - Two Stage Trigger. This is an Anschutz 1712 take off with a wide shoe, courtesy Evelio. It's heresy, but I prefer single stage triggers so this is surplus and other projects beckon.

$225.00 shipped

Will it fit a 54 action? I have a new gun being built by Mark Pharr on an action from an old 1411 and I'm not sure if I can get the existing trigger group to 2 lbs, so I'm trying to cover my a$$.

Check with Neal Stepp at ISS he'll know right away if you can get your trigger to 2# and would change the springs or what ever for you at a reasonable price. You can reach him at 1-817-595-2090, he's located in Fort Worth.

No, it will not fit but Anschutz makes a new two stage trigger for the 1400 series rifles that you can then convert to 2 lbs to use in hunter class.

Your original trigger will more than likely will not go to 2 lbs and more than likely does not have a safety but the new one is so far superior to the one you have that if you are spending big bucks on a new gun it deserves to have the new trigger.

You can order them through Neal Johnson's, ISS, Champions Choice, etc. They are pricey but they are worth it. Make sure you order one with safety.

If they do not have one send me a PM and I may sell the one I have but you would still need to convert it to 2 lbs.
