Drill at Ridgway
I was hoping someone has been to Ridgway for the NRA Nationals and can tell me if it's run like the Conard Bernhardt Cup. That's the only "major" competition I have entered.
I am thinking about going this summer and have sent an inquiry to the NRA smallbore folks but it may be awhile before I get a reply. The only places listed on the NRA website are Master's scores and overall match winners.
Also curious about the entry fees and is it well organized?
Thanks for your help.

Ridgway matches are always run excellent.
Questions on the club should be directed to the club at (contact us):
http://ridgwayrifleclub.com/
Entry fees for the Nationals are set by the NRA, not the club;
Contact the NRA Silhouette office for that information at:

Seamus,
The matches at Ridgeway are well run. There is no one that runs a match like CBC, Sunshine Classic, Southern Nationals at Winnsboro, and the third leg of the Tri-Fecta at Benton near Little Rock. I have shot at all of these matches and a few others as well, each place has it's own unique ambience but they are all worth the trip.

Ridgway
Seamus,
As stated the Ridgway club runs a excellant match. If you are at all thinking about coming now's the time to make reservations. Ridgway will hold a SB club match on Saturday July 5 and the SB Nationals are July 6,7,8,2008.
At last check The Royal Inn in Ridgway is booked as well as the Comfort Inn in St Marys, PA. although you can try your luck. The Best Western in St Marys, PA still shows rooms available.
ST Marys, PA is about 1/2 hour away. There are other hotel locations further away but don't hesitate to long.
