hunter class question

i am told that a cooper 57 varmint, and a ns522 are legal in hunter nra.
my question is if the cz452 varmint is legal as well, dimensionally it is almost identical to the ns522

the reason i am asking is i want a rifle that i can shoot for record in both classes

i would get a ns522 if i can find one but if not i would like a rifle that is pretty close

my mentor has loaned me a ns522 for the season and i like it very much

any one shoot a cz v? and what do you think?

CZ Var is completly legal in hunter class. Brief over view of the rules.... (MANY posts on this BTW you can look back through)

Max Weight = 8.5 pounds
Trigger - Min 2 pounds
Stock - Hunter style - no thumbhole - Must meet dementions in book
Barrel - Tapered from the receiver to the muzzle (26" max)

I know you addressed this to George, but since the CZ Varmint is a personal favorite, I just have to jump in.

It's an excellent rifle for Silhouette, and the weight will help you get ready for an Anschutz 1712 if you ever decide to do that.
