If you go to shootingstl.com there's a photo of the main range. On the right is the 200 backstop and in the center is the 300 'tire' backstop. Behind it is the 400 the 500 and the 600 yard. It is the one that appears white

LOL! Looks good, from 300 yards away...

Anyone have any closeup pics, details, diagrams, etc?

I'll take some better photos this week end. But you can call Scott Pieper at 636 745-2454.....he's the guy who built it and he's El Presidente for the club. BTW all the backstops are now covered in screenings...makes black targets stick out marvelously

The permit application was 15 pages long and was EPA compliant. We had to specify precisely how they were installed etc. They can't hold any water and there can be no fire hazard....we had to place two 25lb fire extinguishers on the range and they reserve the right to inspect anytime. Did you notice the rail supports were pieces of rail welded to the ends and set in concrete? as you can see after 5 years were have to cover with more screenings....
