Handicap System for Local Club Matches

I need suggestions for a handicap system for our weekly Spring Air Pistol Silhouette series to make things more fun and interesting. Some kind of system so that the competitors with the lower scores will stay interested throughout the series. Something not requiring a complex spreadsheet but simple mathematics. (Note. It is just age that is catching up with these folks causing low scores not a lack of dedication.)

The Alberta Metallic Silhouette Association has a handicap guide at http://www.absilhouetteassoc.ca/handicap.html for HP and SB rifle silhouette.

Adjusting the pattern for the Air Pistol classification table, you might use handicaps like:
7 - Master
15 - AAA
22 - AA
28 - A
32- B

Adjust up/down to taste...
