2016 National match schedule
The dates for the matches are available on the Whittington Center 2016 Calendar.

Interesting... So much for the silhouette committee having some input on the planning/dates of the Nationals. Or perhaps they took a vote via email/phone tally?BrentD wrote:The dates for the matches are available on the Whittington Center 2016 Calendar.

Those dates are probably tentative until after the November meeting when the committee will approve them.

I don't think there is anything tentative about them. But I'm happy enough with them. Actually more than happy. They are great dates for me, and I have a race running to finish a new rifle in time.

The calendar shows July 1 as smallbore as well. I assume this is to reserve the range, or an extra prep day.If you dig in there it shows:

July 6-9 High Power
July 10-15 Cowboy Lever Action

They had a regular club match the day before nationals last time it was there. I assume that is the case again.

Just book it, those are the days. And you can always change reservations in advance with no charge. I'm gonna be there in my camper for smallbore at least.
