I think my wife wants me to sell my rifle.....
While she has never actually said so, and she still does everything in her power to allow me to shoot, I think my wife would be happier if I sold my gear and invested the money into an RV ...... in which we could tour America..... (even though we've already toured America three times over on the back of our Goldwing motorcycle).... so here goes:
For Sale: Anschutz 1712 Featherweight, w/Black Wooster stock. BKL rings, Leupold 6 X 18 w/ 3/8" dot
$11,586.50 firm
(I'll told her I was gonna try and sell it, not how much I wanted out of it........

You can get a new Goldwing for 11,500.00?
I'd go for independence instead, that way you have more room for your gear also.

I like the Smallbore rifle that I am shooting now so much that I would not sell it for $11,500 even if someone offered me that amount for it. There are some items that you do not sell but pass down to a family member who will use it and maintain it. My wife is of the same mindset. She is not giving up her 1712, 8001 or Beeman R7. Take Perdiguero's advice. Sell the wife!

Actually, my wife is totally supportive and makes a lot of sacrifices to enable me to shoot, or to do anything else I want,.....and I wouldn't sell her at the cost of my life. She's the antithesis of the nagging wife; and she's my crown jewel...... I was just trying to get a laugh. Took off in a way I didn't expect, or want!

Just as well - the way things are going you probably under-priced the rifle.
