CBC Friday night get together

So as in years past some of the locals and not so locals are invited to meet up at 6:30 pm-ish for a casual get together b/s session. Last year the food wasn't spectacular at Kit Carson so we're going to move back up to Centralia and the Olympic Club (McMenamin's Brewhouse) located at the following.

They have a great selection of in house brewed beer as well as a rather tasty selection of regional specialties, burgers and pizzas. If you're interested post below so I can get a rough head count (if we get enough takers we can score our own room and get away from the riff raff).

All are welcome. For clarification this isn't a catered event in that if you order it you pay for it unlike the dinner Saturday at the high school.

Mary, I would be joining you for oysters fri, but alas I had to drop out of the CBC this year. We're in the middle of remodling our kitchen and its....lets just say we've hit a snag. Or two. ish. Anyways, maybe next year!

Sorry about the snag but that means more oysters for me and the crew from El Paso. The only problem is the crazy guy from ND got to the Riverview Diner yesterday before we did, and ate ALL OF the OYSTERS on the shell. I understand that the two from SD only got one oyster between them. But then ND missed last year so I guess he's making up for lost time. I even called the day before to tell Manuel we were on our way, so ND was really hungry. We shall have some tonight. I will add that I had some of the oysters cooked in the kitchen as an appetizer and they were great also. Finally ate a steak there, and its a good thing my dog wasn't here to watch me because she wouldn't have gotten any of it.
