Remington 700 short action, has be blue printed, firing pin hole bushed, and Sako extractor installed.

Pharr RT/s split finger stock with recoil pad.

I am glad you want it but since your local you can take it and at least shoot it before you buy it. I have dies and some bullets for it also if you want them.
