Anschutz 1416 D HB for Hunter Class?
Does the Anschutz 1416 D HB qualify for Hunter Class? What about the non-HB model 1416?

Re: Anschutz 1416 D HB for Hunter Class?
Hi Scott ,
I shoot A 1710 Precision barrel which is not far off the HB. But the rules are simple and anschutz seem to navigate through this. The exact wording is below.
Barrel: a hunting style tapered barrel. Bull or varmint barrels are not permitted. A factory tuner that does not act as a muzzle break is permitted. Maximum barrel length is 26 inches.
"The presence of any taper is enough, any measurement taken about 3" from the front of the action, and the end of the barrel that varies at little as .020" is considered a taper barrel. "
