Dennis, My wife just put the first bid in on the EFR. She needs it for her Walther LG30 to shoot Air Rifle Silhouette with. We saw it here first.
My e-mail is [email protected] if we need to have any correspondence about this scope.
Thanks,

so is this an outright purchase or just invitation to bid? I saw this too but I can't tell what is going on.

This keeps coming up and perhaps someone on this forum can clarify....scope is a vari-x III and was used on a .22 rifle. I am not sure what the upgrades were through the years and (not shooting air rifle) am clueless if this model is a good one for that purpose.
Maybe some of the air gun people can tune in on this as I do not wish to mislead anyone...the drop down box "select like item" on ebay loaded VX3 and as of yet am unable to delete it. It is a VARI-XIII EFR....

Thanks for the support to all

DennisC, Nobody should have a problem with your ad on e-bay. Your descriptions are fine. We all know the details of those two scopes you are selling. Most of us have been shooting Silhouette a long time. Take my advice. Leave the ad descriptions alone and let things run their course. My second bit of advice is before listing things like this on e-bay, set your price and list here on this forum where the worldwide silhouette family hangs out. To be honest, you should pay both e-bay their percentage and send Mike a donation to keep this forum running. It would have been simpler to list here first. Look at how many posts someone has on this forum before altering an ad to suit a person who has only one post and that is to respond to an ad.
Just my 2 cents. No offense meant.

Point taken...and intend to support forum as well....actually I think 1% is a bit on the low side, but I'm sure He'll accept more :)

Hi Dennis,

Will your VXIII AO boosted scope focus down to 40 meters for chickens with no issues (focal range)? Just asking as I have only have experience with EFRs that can with no issues.

Chris

At lower settings it is doable (based on dryfire to mailbox only, scope was used on HP) for even closer dryfire practice I have a 50ft adapter. That said when the magnification starts getting in the upper range edges get fuzzy. Mind you I cant' get 131ft to mailbox, (practice range), more like 100' , all that said @ highest power FINDING the 40meter chicken is pushing my abilities. That's a very narrow field of view that close....and a big chicken

Chris,
My Premier boosted 18-40 will focus to 40 meters. BTW I have at least 5 of them that I recall.
