I need help

I have been trying to change my email address. I enter the new address and then my password, it tells me that I have been successful then I go back to check and still has the wrong address. The result is that I don't get notification on topics. Is there any way to contact anyone that runs the board directly?

Ferret,

You have to go to the top left of the page and hit USER CONTROL PANEL---> PROFILE ---> EDIT ACCOUNT SETTINGS and change your email address there. You have to hit SUBMIT when you are done. Is that what you've done?

I have done that many times and it never changes my email address. It comes back and tells me I have successfully changed it but it never gets done.

Now it gives me the message:
The entered e-mail address is already in use.
The e-mail addresses you entered do not match.

Reset your cookies and see if it has changed..

I deleted the cookies and the message changed. It now says "The entered e-mail address is already in use." Oh well. I tried to PM administrators in the past with no luck. All ideas appreciated.

That sounds like the message you would get if you tried to create a new account rather than just change an e mail....
Make sure you followed Dustin's directions exactly and ... Try one more time....?

Send a note/PM to the webmaster. Mike gets real busy with work and travel and sometimes it takes awhile for him to get to webpage and code problems. Be assured, as soon as he sees it he will fix it, he's just like the rest of us and work that puts food on the table and pays the bills has to come first.
