1895 cowboy scope

Post by Ultra12 »

I have a 2001 marlin 45-70 1895 cb and I would like to put a scope on it. I am looking for a period appropriate scope. I think regular scopes look funny so i want a Malcolm style scope that will stretch the entire lenght of the barrel. MVA Scopes cost more than the gun and it's too deep for my pocket. Hi Lux 32 inch scopes might be an option but according to them 18 and 19 inch is designed for my rifle. I am hoping someone here can help me out. Does anyone here have a long scope on their marlin? Any suggestions ?

Only 2 options I know of origional or MVA's B5 Have blocks on one of my 39A's for the B5. It's not cheap but a great scope and will end up costing less than orgionals by the time your figure repairs. Winchester then Lyman now MVA's B 5 scope are identical in design fit and finish. Way it slides on recoil handles high power fine.

Montana Vintage Arms.
