Could this be true. A Sightron SII Big Sky 36x for $425!
I sure as hell am hoping this guy didn't typo his item description. I checked and tripled checked the sku numbers and it all matches the Big Sky but for the SII 36x price! This would hopefully be the answer to my over weight high power rifle. A fellow shooter was kind enough to offer to let me use a Leupold 36x till I found something I wanted. Thought I would be waiting it out but for that price I had to jump on it.

Well I just got a email from the seller telling me the item is OUT OF STOCK! I knew it was to good to be true or course. He says if he can locate one he will let me know.
IMO if you put a item up for auction you should actually HAVE the damn item you are auctioning or end the auction.
Oh well the search continues......................................

I agree. Is there any way to let the website know this person is putting up auctions for items he can't deliver?Dee wrote:IMO if you put a item up for auction you should actually HAVE the damn item you are auctioning or end the auction.

Short of a going out of bus sale, etc. you will probably not find a new one at this price... That's nearly $100 below dealer cost...

Yeah that is what I figured Chicken or that it was a typo and really for the SII non-Big Sky model. PM a price for what you can get me one for if you would Chicken.
What pisses me off with these dealers is that as a buyer you are just plain screwed but as a seller there is no recourse for not having the item. I wonder what one of these dealers using GB for the storefront would say if I hit Buy it Now and then emailed them 10 minutes later to inform them that I am sorry but at this time my MONEY is OUT OF STOCK!
AddictedToSB- I could probably leave some neutral feedback but since they put their little BS disclaimer in the auction it really would serve no point. Who knows maybe he can find another one in stock
