CZ 452 Trigger Spring # Help

Hi All, Got my LH cz452, extra clips,and I bought a Big sky sil scope. Want to get trigger like I want it before I mount scope.
I have spent the afternoon trying to find something I KNOW I have read before, the part number for a trigger spring from Fastenal co. I went to the Ace hard. and found they don't stock the #144 any more. The number I'm looking for was either posted here or on Rimfire central???
I think my first match will probably be on the coast of Ms, in Jan /Feb, anyone shoot those???

buy the kit on ebay. I think it was $15. Includes everything you need.

go for one of the trigger kits i have used yodave i will try to find his site but until then it gives your sear and trigger weight adjustments and is easy to do your self

I finally got around to installing a #144 Spring this evening. Trigger wt adjustment with this spring is 1lb 1oz to 1.85 oz. I ended up having to buy the #143 spring and cutting it a hair shorter than the 144 spring. Now I have a 2lb 1/2 oz trigger with plenty of adjustment and meets spec. The 143 spring is stiffer. .40 cents. The factory spring had 2lb 10oz trigger at the lightest adjustment leaving the nut and washer in tact. I used a Lyman digital gauge. I posted this for informational purposes.

Thanks for that, Teetertotter! I don't have a trigger pull gauge and it's difficult to assess the weight of the trigger without one. I'm going to try your suggestion of the Ace 143 cut down one coil and see how it feels. I have the heaviest YoDave spring on one gun right now and an Ace 144 on the other. I need to do some further creep reduction on the rifle with the 144 spring, but the pull still seems a little on the light side. A different YoDave bushing and the Ace spring may be just the ticket.

Hi All, Mine had almost 5lb. stock, 3-12 with the nut and washer off. Put in #144 and it went to 1lb, nut all the way up gave me 1lb 13oz.. I had some small lock washers that I flattened and used to sim the spring, it took 2 to bring it up to2lb. 2oz. Too close for my taste if I had to have it inspected at a big match.
I think I'll shoot it a while then maybe put a custom trigger in if it fluxuates too much.
Went out today to get sight settings and practice some, ALL GOOD
Anyone out there shoot at CTSA matchs????????

Hmmm....Last I had heard, he'd dropped out of commercial circulation about 3-4 years ago.

Brooks is back up and running from what I heard a few months ago from the folks on the CZ section of rimfirecentral. The thing is the last time he shut down many people didn't get the product they ordered so there is a decent sized crowd with a foul taste in their mouths from the way he handled his last situation, to my understanding more than a few years ago. Just a little heads up, not saying this is the way he is now though.
