LEUPOLD VX-III 6.5-20x40 AO With Target Dot

Gloss Black with Target Turrets, Knobs, and Target Knob Covers
A/O will go down to around 40 yards, This is Not an EFR
Does have two scratches, but are only in paint. Scratch is not into the tube.

Nope he's from TN. Pretty sure it is the 1/4 minute dot.
