bottom - 3/8' or 1/2' (??) dot Burris XTR rings

Is the Tubb reticle the one with all the hash marks for range estimation and holding for wind and elevation?

both scopes are 1/4' clicks, one turn of elevation is 15'. The Tubb reticle is a Horizontal crosshair only with dot. No vertical hair. -lige
