Has anybody seen in an anshutz 64 where the barrel dose not run down the center of the stock, and if so how did you take care of it.Mine almost hits the bolt side of the barrel. Thanks Mike

There are a couple thoughts on this. 1. The action has moved in the stock, loosen the stock screws and then snug up the front screw then the rear. This should set the action back into the stock. If the barrel is still closer to one side there are some more things to check. Most likley with a wood stock is that it has warped a bit. If it is not touching the barrel don't worry about it. If it is sand a bit of wood off and re seal. Before you do the sanding there are other things to check. Is the barrel tight in the action. Is the barrel bent. The order to check is 1. action set in stock or bedding 2. stock warped 3. barrel loose 4. barrel bent. i would be willing to bet it is 1 or 2.
