SPF 1712 in Pharr R/T w. Lilja and Pearson Base/Rings $2200

Selling for a friend. I have a 1712 that has been re-barreled by EMac with a 22” Lilja SS barrel. The stock was inlet, bedded (glass and pillar) and but pad installed by Mark Pharr. I will have to measure the ring height on the Pearson Base / ring system. The stock trigger shoe was replaced with the wide alum. This rifle was set up using the stock trigger guard and has hex action screws. The owner reported to me that the rifle loves SK standard plus and said it will shoot under an 1” at the rams with good conditions. The only wear that I could find on the rifle is on the trigger guard and the bottom of the but pad (I have detailed pictures for your inspection). The bolt is slick and the safety functional. This rifle is 100% ready for the line, he is selling due to equipment change.


I am in possession of the rifle and will be responsible for all parts of the transaction. The rifle will come with an ‘on receipt’ inspection. If I mislead you / made an error in the listing you are welcome to a full refund including shipping, if you simply decide you don’t want it, you refund will be less shipping both ways. LOP = 14” from trigger to center of but pad
Stock is the Pharr Split Finger (R/Ts)
Weight = 7lbs 5ozs with base, rings and magazine (leaves ~19 ozs for scope)
Barrel Length = 22” Lilja SS
Trigger = 2 stage. Currently set at 1lb 6ozs first stage and breaks cleanly at 2lbs, 2 ozs.
