And a Happy New Year Too

Post by Gator »

CHRISTMAS MORNIN’. Not the impression you had of Tobacco Road, Georgia, huh?

"bout 6 inches worth. Beautiful to look at but roads were icy and dangerous so, STAYED IN THE HOUSE CHRISTMAS playin' with new shootin' stuff hummin’ “O Come All Ye Faithful” to the cat and eatin' approximately 5 pounds of green bean casserole and carrot cake we were going to take to a Christmas party luncheon. Actually kinda peaceful and quiet. Loved it !!

Anyhow –
MERRY CHRISTMAS (a tad late) AND HAVE A GREAT 2011.GOOD SHOOTIN’

C’ya
Ed (Gator) and Verlee Jones

Happy New Year! Hope you enjoy the snow - and that it all melts away by 2011!

I think so... calling for it to hit east of us and a dusting to 3" only here (well there was that time they called for only a dusting and we woke up to 18", so anything is possible with ole Mother Nature)

Hey leave my old buddy alone....Gator has been hallucinating for years now!!
No thanks Gator, it is predicted to freeze again here tonight and tomorrow, for the third time so far this winter.

Must be the global warming.

I could live on green bean casserole and carrot cake. :D

The less sneaux around here the better. We have no clue what to do in or with it.

Beckley, you saw off a piece of a tailpipe and shove wood into it and call it a sugar scoop? Nice.

Nothing overnight from the big storm.... but about 6" so far today from the lake effect snow due to the NW wind. 18 degrees right now with 18MPH winds (+ 37+ MPH Gusts) for a wind chill of 3 degrees making for a cold night :(
