What is the difference between smallbore rifle and small bore cowboy on target size

Assuming that you mean smallbore silhouette rifle vs cowboy silhouette rifle the difference is the smallbore silhouette targets are 1/5 the size of the full sized targets shot at 200, 300, 385, and 500 meters and the cowboy silhouette targets are 1/2 the size of same.
