Is this still available? If so, do you happen to be located in Colorado? Although I have an FFL, I'd like to avoid the additional fees and hassle if possible. And, if still available, what do FWT and SPF stand for?

I have a 1710 FWT in the McMillan stock with a two stage trigger that I am thinking of selling. I am to be laid off in May, so will not get to compete anymore. I will be at the April Chattanooga and Pinson AL matches if you would want to look at it there.
