Match Director Recognition
It seems that the match directors are the unsung heroes of our sport. We all know they bust their asses behind the scenes, and when the majority of us are sighting in before a match or bullshitting after the match is over they are organizing relays and compiling results. Around these parts (Colorado) the match directors are some of the best fellahs I've come across and truly care for all the people that show up, and for the lively-hood of the sport (both high power and smallbore).
They always get lots of thank you's and helping hands, but I am wondering if there is any sort of Match Director recognition. Instead of a 10 in-a-row pin they should get an "I'm an awesome Match Director" pin. Does the NRA go out of their way to recognize the effort that match directors put into the sport?
I'd like to personally thank all the match directors in Colorado; Bob McAlice (AKA 7-08 Guru), David Bonner, Steve Hawks, and Jim Byrne.
Lets hear it for the match directors!!
(Without them we'd have to supply our own paint.

Well, I can't leave out Hasayampa's Jim Hebenstreit here in Arizona. He is great at what he does.
