Tacoma Sportman's April 2010 NRA Match Results
Tacoma Sportsmen's Club hosts .22 rimfire (smallbore) matches on the 1st Sat. and 2nd Sun. of each month on the Peil Range. Sight-in starts at 9am, the match begins around 9:30am. The course is a 60-shot match at steel animal silhouettes. 15-shots per animal at 40m, 60m, 77m and 100m. Bring your .22 rifle down or use a range loaner and have some fun!
April's matches were spectacular. The parking lot and overflow were jammed. We had over 50 shooters sign up and filled four relays. We had a lot of new faces and young faces. We strive to involve new shooters and they did not look disappointed. Many have caught the bug of an inexpensive .22 shooting match.
