It is with heavy heart that I have to inform you that my undefended Tassie title has been won by (oops! lost to everyone except) the TOAD. -- I hope he wasn't in the money!!!!

Thank you Outback Mick and Ex Pom for letting this happen by not turning up. Lets not let it occur in Victoria next month, because I'm sure that little amphibian will be there with bells on.

I beleive it was a 31 in rifle, 31 in PC and 29 in SB.

G'day All,
Well that's just brilliant. Now we all have to look forward to the slimy wart ridden Toad telling us all about his magnificant (insignificant) win. I know I'm now really enthused about showing up to a cowboy shoot for the next 10 years or so. I can only hope there wasn't a new "dance" invented for this unusual occasion.
"Shame shame shame" just doesn't seem a severe enough condemnation of those others useless sods that turned up at Westbury. I realise global warming, the financial crisis and Kevin Rudd are happening but has the world really shifted on its axis that much?

My confidence has been shaken in the laws of physics....

hi all
well at least 1/4 made the trip to tasssie not like the rest of you . and yes i did get the money in rifle with a 5 yes that's right 5 rams on my second bank.
and yes i shot another 5 in pistol cal for a second bank so ( im in the money i got there f4566G MONEY) DANCE DANCE lol.
score was 29 rifle 31 pistol 31 smallbore for a clean sweep in AA and high score in all three and 3 gun. now this was a team effort with me and 1/4
spotting so he has to have a little bit of the spot light also.ramslammer was so pissed he folded like a pocket knife saturday .
and his little buddy sir markus ( cus ) wood butcher got so pissed that he fell over and riped his nose and cut his eyebrow open.
it was a rumour that 1/4 might have slipped one on him while cus was drunk. but if they had of said into him i would have no trouble beliveing that of 1/4

I can only say sorry to my fellow brothers!!! I some how let the little amphibian get in and win money!!!! Also lettng him win all the goodies wasn't good, I thought for a while Leroy was going to save the day but alas the web footed one slipped over him by a dot. I can't express enough thanks to the people who worked towards the success of this event. The Wesbury trio (Big Wayne, Dave and Bob) and Rob Abel as usual went to great lenghts to provide excellent prizes (which the Toad collected) and to make us all welcome. To them "We appreciate your efforts".
All I can say is the Toad shot like a champion and was justly rewarded, he was the better shooter on the day, etc,etc,etc. You can just feel the love!!!!!!
Outback Mick thanks for being my spotter but the shots are hard to see from Adelaide. So while you were shooting your well deserved 38 in smallbore I was left to hold back the onslaught of Toad, 1/4, Butcher and Leroy and I wasn't man enough I'm sorry!!!!!
OK Victorian world championships next Brothers and lets bring the sport into disrepute once more.
