Group buys for shooting accessories?

I was just wondering if this forum ever organizes group buys for the stuff that people use the most? (scopes, ammo, etc)

If not, where are the best places to buy shooting accessories online? (best prices, or from the best people...) I am currently in the market for a new scope, probably a Leupold EFR.
