TIMNEY TRIGGER CZ452
just put a timney on my cz452 varmint. rifle will not go into battery.bolt wants to stick unless i pull trigger.checked the trigger and the engagement rod that goes from trigger to underside of bolt.not engaging.what do i do?

I suggest you look carefully at the clearance behind the trigger. These triggers require a fairly heathly amount of wood to be removed to allow the sear to clear the stock. Put one on my son's CZ and it took a bit of trial & error to assure I removed enough. Before enough wood was removed I had very similar issues.

Does it work with the action not mounted in the stock?

got the trigger to work both in and out of stock. had to call timney.not real pleased with the way they do things.call leave message will call back between 1400 to 1700 hrs there time (3 hrs time def.).was helpful sear engagement setting not right.reset but cant get trigger pull below 2.75 lbs.not overly pleased but will give it a shot.

I can get mine down to about 1.5 lbs very easy. Keep working with your sear adjustment and weight screw and I'm sure you'll be able to get it down more.
