That's my boy! He's now at Ft Leonard Wood, MO for his advanced training.

After a 14 hour drive back from Kentucky, in a car with virtually no A/C, and a 1 month old (his) that required attention about every 2 hours, he has the nerve to call us and tell us that he's been hanging out at the pool all day and now he's going to play miniature golf! Granted, he deserves a little down time after boot, but there are 4 very tired people (his wife, mother, sister and myself) that didn't see it that way.

I can relate to your pride and your subdued frustration. As an Air Force Dad myself, my hat is off your son for his service AND your family's support of him and our nation's defense. :ymapplause:
