Remington 541 Part Needed

I have a Remington 541-S that has a broken magazine guide. Usual sources of supply, Numrich or Brownells are out with no resupply date or do not list the part.

On the parts schematic with the gun it is part number 34. On the Numrich site their part number is 90340. It appears the same part was used on the 541- S, T, and X series as well as on the 581 and 581-S rifles.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yikes! Sounds like an opportunity to retrofit a magazine box? Savage or CZ maybe?

I happen to have a couple of brand new mag. guides and mag. release lever for the 540-541 rifles, let me know if you are interested.
