Target Stands at Bayou Rifles
Here's a couple of pics of the Bayou Rifles target stands. If you look closely at the second pic you will see the great addition that Evilio McDonald & Cliff Landry designed and installed (a lot of hard work!). The heavy duty screen catches the targets from falling in the mud.
This works great!! Today was pretty wet from over night rain so was well appreciatted. Thank you Cliff & Evilio.

TX Charlies, I was not trying to assert that Evilio & Cliff built these as I've only been shooting for 4 years. they were there before i showed up.
However they did some hard hard working moving them around to weld the webbing to each. Low pay (better stated no pay) & long hours need some recognition. Now setting targets is much easier and less messy.
For this I applaude them.

I was just giving some information about those stands, the addition is a great idea.
It took us 8 months of work to build the framework on the 16 stands, I was lucky to have several great kids that worked very hard. Once the stands were on the range several club members did more work to finish out the stands. Quite a project that continues to be used.....
