Her stated motive is to get me interested in something besides silhouette,
That being the motive Mrs BB should have gotten you some better friends instead of a dog....Doesn't she remember that the first time we met you at the range we gave you a dog??? We'll have both you and the new pup hooked now....

And yes even though is sister is 11 now she is a typical woman and you do not want to cross her... or try and take one of 'her' toys :-)

Didn't know it came in such quantities......Had heard about it, but discounted it as an urban legend....Saw it on the news but didn't believe it cause the liberal media lies.....Just didn't believe that folks would stay more than one winter in a place like that....By the way, 70 degrees and windy here today, with a chance of sever thunderstorms by late evening.....

Nice looking dogs Bob...where are the African greys though? They should be giving the commands and keeping them both straight!!!!

Kitty, in the 80's with light breezes from the south, so the wind should clock around and we'll see some cooler temps...maybe in the 60's.

Not a media legend at all... some time piles up in 'feet' not inches. 32 and freezing rain here right now. Only reason I'm here is my Mom.... and at 97 they are pretty stuborn about new things like moving. My niece wants her in Phx... but she won't go so you know the rest.

Unfortunately our warm weather isn't going to last....With the passing of the strong thunderstorms our temps are supposed to drop through the day tomorrow..down to more seasonable temps...

Bob, I don't think Gator can legally export real grits in such an inhospitable climate....You'll have to come down here....Once you eat them you'll forget all about Phoenix...

Kitty, I don't think they could get a fire hot enough to boil that white stuff to make grits with, that is why they don't such fine delicacies there.

Probably the closest I've come to feeling at home in a restaurant while on "foreign soil" is at the little diner in Ridgway that catered the food for the nationals this year. We ate breakfast there this year and the waitress didn't even blink when I explained to her the need to have my breakfast smothered in white gravy...she brought out the plate and it was to perfection and the gravy was good too...They could probably do grits with a little training...Maybe when we go back in a couple of years we could get them to try?...Other place was the little diner in PeEll (Evvies, or Ebbies")...Anyway, the pie place. That lady could put out the biscuits and gravy...Good grits are just a notch above good biscuits and gravy, so maybe there is hope.....

Would make for some interesting conversation......Be sure to bring your copy of Wikipedia..It's the only way I can keep up....

On the high power subject, Benton Gun Club shot full scale high power last year and I assume they will again this year....They have great facilities..Would like to have made some of their matches but they always fell on the Sunday right after one of our Saturday matches..After running our match on Saturday was just too tired to make the trip...hope to make a few this year...And would like to shoot the Missouri State Match, heard it was a good one....You really need to fly down our way for Zwolle La in the fall and ride the rest of the way with us....It's a hoot.....both the ride down and the match....those folks really know how to make a guy feel welcome....
