Here is a link to the scores and a group pic from yesterday's 4th Annual Christmas Match Smallbore/HP .

Many thanks to Edo, Norm, Kyler, Bobby, Jeff, and legions of others at Gonzales who worked so hard to put on such a wonderfull match.

Four relays in both SB and HP, followed by a Weatherby .22 as a shooters door prize (won by Chris Pfieffer), and another Weatherby .243 won by Tom Atherton. That followed by a wonderful steak dinner, better than you would get in most restaurants these days.

And, yours truly managed to take first in AA, a first (pun intented) for me.

So, a really good time had by all.

You take very nice pics. I like the way they are laid out. I still study pics as a way to improve my own shooting . Thanks #57

Thanls for the kind words. Only problem is that I don't have any pics of me, and while I am pretty ordinary looking, my rifle looks great:

1712 in Pharr stock, light grey with black splotches (only one my color I have ever seen, helps at big matches) recoil pad removed to get proper length of pull, custom 1/8" aluminum butt plate with black leather for non slip, held on with stainless steel screws, and Edo Zamoro natureal aluminum mounts and rings, black Leupold, just a symphone in grey and black.

Its kinda hard to take a pic of your self shooting [unless your camera has a timed relise] but Id be intrested in seeing your rifle! where are you in CA? Im about 5 mi from the exact geographic center of CA.[ about 40 mi north of Fresno.] #57
