Hex head action screws CZ/Sako Quad

Post by gmd1950 »

I have no financial interest in these but was lucky enough to get to preview them and spend some pre-introduction time using them. www.jnpgunsprings.com is offering hex head action screws for most CZ rimfire rifles and Sako Quad rifles, and Sako Finnfire rifles. They also sell some very high quality springs and spring kits for these rifles and several shotguns. In the course of my testing I quickly found that the brothers who own this company are committed to producing quality products and take it dead serious. The screws are custom made for the application, heat treated and tested, black oxided finished. These aren't hardware store screws refitted to rifle use. E-mail Pete and Jim with any questions you have, I think you'll like dealing with them as much as I have.

Thanks for posting. I used their online form to ask about buying an action screw for my CZ 452 Varmint. I removed the barrel lug and screw with it, so I don't need the set. I think I'll snag one of their firing pin springs with that action screw, too.

The guys are nice to deal with and I can only imagine they'd work with you. Sometimes breaking up packaging can be a problem. Hopefully they can accommodate you.

Nope. They said no. I thought they were manufacturing them and could just grab one out of a bin. Oh, well.
