silo shooting

new to this type of shooting. how many rounds do you shoot , yardage you shoot at, and also is your arm allowed to touch your body

Depending on the match it can be 40, 60, or 80 rounds. perhaps 90% of matches are 40 rounds with the majority of what is left at 60 rounds. targets are at 40, 60, 77, and 100 meters for smallbore. 200, 300, 377, 500 meters for highpower.

I'm not sure which are you are referring to but yes, your arm can touch your body.
