Is it legal since it is factory equipment? Thanks.

If the trigger pull is over 2 lbs then it is legal for both standard and hunter rifle. If the trigger pull is under 2 lbs then the rifle will be legal for standard rifle only.

The rules don't state anything about types of triggers, only pull weight, and the AccuTrigger isn't even a special type of trigger. It just has an additional safety device. As pointed out, the only thing that matters is pull weight. I shot with a Mark II FSS for the better part of 2007, and quite liked the trigger when I set it for 2 lbs 2 oz. This required snipping the spring to get it down that low. But, the rest of the rifle was a lemon, so I no longer have it.
