It never got that far, as his description of a lovely 2br cottage turned out to be a trailer on skid row. He even wanted me and Fred to share a bed. I bailed and upgraded to my own room on Tobacco Rd. Byron never looked so good. Ended up 10th in Expert, turns out there's more sandbaggers there than in AA...

See ya all there. I'll be driving up by myself on Friday morning. I've reserved the penthouse with a water view at the Quinta, although in Jax I think that means a first floor double with a runny toilet next to the ice machine. Any more of you chickensteelers showing up?

Jason, come on get enough of us together and we can jump out a perfectl good airplane at a discount. I'm game, besides, your little wimpy bullets won't travel that far.

Hugh an Lynette McCombs put on a great match. Very well organized, ran smoothly, and Jeremy did a great job calling, for his first time at it. The Boy Scout troop was the best I've seen at setting targets, and they even had a good time shooting after the match, thanks to all those that shared their rifles and ammo. Food was good and Hambone survived being by himself on Sunday because of the two relays....still he shot well and won a special turkey plaque in a grueling shootoff!

Results to be posted later.
