We are a small group: Engaging in full on politics could easily cause long term damage to our relationships and I'm unwilling to risk that loss for no gain. My opinions are public and if someone asks a question I'll answer it, but I won't jeopardize this community by quarreling over things I cannot control.

I'm happy to referee, fact check, abuse and accept the same, but I'd rather walk away from a fight or even take a whupping than actually provoke or prolong anything angry.

Politics

Post by glen ring »

If politics are ignored this forum may become extinct.

The reason for this forum is the discussion of firearms and shooting. The only way to preserve shooting and gun ownership is to be politically active.

Together , united, we shooters and firearms owners can be a political force that will be listened to.

This is one of the few places that such a large number of gun owners "meet".

This forum is A perfect place for shooters from many venues to collectively voice their opinions and obtain information on firearms issues.

Putting our head in the sand won't work. Your immediate view may have improved, but the danger is still there.
