SOLD - Pharr RTS; XP Action; 7mm IHMSA

My back can't hack high power so up for grabs is a 7mm IHMSA made from the following components:
XP 100 action. An additional action screw was added in front of the trigger.
Krieger BBL. I can't recall the contour but I believe its a 4. 23-1/2" long. 0.70" at muzzle. See my round count explanation below.
PTG bolt. It's the one piece spiral fluted masterpiece. Sako extractor. I jack spent cases with one finger.
Jewel hunter trigger. safety is on top. Has a trigger shoe.
Robertson composites Pharr RTS split finger stock with aluminum trigger shoe and Pachmeyer XLT pad. Pillar bedded.
Picatinny Rail - I think its a Brownell's or other no-name aluminum rail with 20 moa slope.
SCOPE NOT INCLUDED

I shot this rifle at Zwolle twice, National's 2012, TX state once, and 4 local matches. Add 4 hundred rounds for sight in and load development and there's a good idea of round count.

So what's it worth? I want $1,800 shipped to your FFL. I prefer USPS Money order. Discrete Paypal can be arranged but I need 8% extra to cover costs.
