Any silhouette matches in the Crestview, Florida area? None listed in the NRA publications.

The closest to Crestview that I am aware of is in the Tallahassee area. It is held at the Tallahassee Rifle and Pistol Club in Leon County. First Sunday of each month. Small Bore Rifle Silhouette starts at 9.00 am, Small Bore Pistol follows. Two matches for each. They do not exactly follow the NRA rules, but are close. Distances are 40 yds., 50 yds., 75 yds. and 100 yards. The animal racks are each on a single station (not two stacked rows) and only the chickens are white. No Standard/Hunter class. Just shoot what you bring.

It is a nice range and the participants are good people. Let me know if you would like additional information.

There is a rimfire silhouette shoot in Moss Point, MS on the third Saturday morning of Feb through Oct. Not NRA sanctioned but fun.

A bit of a haul for you, but Gateway Rifle and Pistol club in Jacksonville has a match the 4th Saturday of the month. They have 3 .22 matches, standard and hunter followed by a cowboy match in the afternoon.

All those are too much of a drive for a local match when visiting relatives in the Crestview area. Maybe I can persuade the relatives to start holding matches. Looks like the panhandle is deficient in official matches.
