Winter 50 foot postal
Greetings all, I have the program for the winter postal ready to send. The one difference from last year is awards will be for 4 in a class rather than 5 as last year. All funds awarded over the expenses. Still $20 for 10 certified TQ-14 targets. I need the results by April 1, 2016. You'll be classed by the average of your 1st 4 targets using the standard smallbore NRA classes [rule 19.15(d)]. Thank you [email protected]
Close only counts with grenades and horseshoes.

Re: Winter 50 foot postal
Count me in.
I use the TQ-14 targets for mid-week practice so I have a bunch of these already, but I'll be happy to send in my $20 for the postal match.
Are there rules posted somewhere? Also, since I shoot two matches worth (four TQ-14 targets) nearly every week how should I divide my normal practice and the match targets? Just pick my best ten between now and next April?
Looking forward to it.

You can't pick the best 10 out of a big pile of targets.... That isn't the way we shoot matches.

Roger,
For some reason the email I sent you yesterday was returned as "unavailable". I've resent the email to see if it goes through, but just incase it doesn't go through this time here are my scores for my first target:
Chickens - 8
Pigs - 9 (five in a row)
Turkeys - 5
Rams - 7
Total: 29

Alan, I have had a lot of problems with Roger's e-mail for several years now. You aren't alone.

That makes three of us. Did you send it to the one below. I believe that one works for me.

Yesterday''s email got bounced back again. Sent it to both "rjsebesta[at]yahoo.com" and "sebestarj[at]yahoo.com". Roger, let me know if you got it or not.

I have been corresponding with him just fine at rjsebesta at yahoo dot com. I don't like putting email regularly in posts as web bots will pick it up and spam it. Just sayin.
I buy all my guns from t-rex. He's a small arms dealer.

Re: Winter 50 foot postal
Thanks oldranger, I didn't realize the spamming issue. I take it that what you are saying is that if an e mail is listed, it should not be listed in the exact format, is that correct? FWIW, the communication issue with Roger's e mail started about four or five years ago when he was spammed.
