Bad Winchester primers?

So Winchester sent me a check for $130.00 for the 4300 primers I sent them.

Now... it seems that Winchester primers are the only large rifle primers in stock at online retailers. Trying to decide on whether or not to order them again or if I should just hold out until I can snag some Tula/Remington/CCi primers.
