Leupold charges about $60 for the reticle change and return shipping, and it usually takes two weeks for the round trip. It's a particularly good deal with an older scope since they'll check it over under warranty and make any covered repairs while they've got it. These are great folks to work with.

That's why I ask questions. Learned that one, a day or two ago. If you don't know ask. I could probably pick the M8 24X up for around 300. Get reticule changed, Have less than 400 in it. I have never seen one and have no idea. But once you get much past 2 or 3 gazenta's you have lost me. It is starting to look more and more like just get a new 25X, and be done with it. Less fuss, is much better for us. The more mature crowd.
I appreciate everyone's in put.

Sounds like you better get that M8 and have the reticle changed AND get a new 25X. You dont think you're going to get away with having just one scope, do you???
