Boys and girls why have our techno-crunchies made a video for youtube about our sport? If someone should do that it would go a long way to drawing new blood into the game. I'm surprised that McAlice hasn't opted for a starring role....maybe as the "Ram-o-Dinger"

I have actually been looking into digiscoping the KOWA I just bought. You can actually connect digital cameras and video recorders directly to the scope using adapters (which ain't cheap). The only problem is I am not sure how well you are going to see as a spotter with it setup this way looking at a 3" DVR screen. But it could be on the side just filming to get the shots made.
There are some complications when it comes to filming things that small that are that far away and actually capturing the action. They have remote wireless camera setups now for a few hundred bucks that you could place down range and record the feed back to your laptop. Then maybe do a split screen with another camera behind the shooter as best as possible inline with his line of sight to the animal.
Lots of toys out there.

My Celestron ED spotting scope came with an adapter for a DSLR camera, but I haven't gotten around to buying a DSLR camera yet. My intention is exactly what you suggest, on highpower silhouette at Pe Ell, WA where the Conard Cup is shot.

I have one of the adaptors for my Kowa and it gets you a 12X look at things. The pictures turn out quite well.
