Smallbore Silhouette Apparel & Gear?

Post by trkyslayer »

Hey guys,

To start off, I'm new to the sport & this forum. Just shot my first match yesterday and I'm hooked. Although, I've been hooked for a while.. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows of a place where one could buy t-shirts and hats & such that reflect the sport? I have been surfing the net and can't find anything anywhere. I shoot a CZ and they have one hat for sale, I also shoot Eley ammo and can't find their stuff anywhere.. I bought a Eley shirt last year at Southern Nationals (as a spectator) and was not happy with it at all. It faded out after about 3 washings. Any recommendations as to where I could find some cool gear?

Thanks,
Brandon

A lot of the matches have t shirts for that match, come to Florida States, ie Sunshine Classic....we have shirts there!
The manufacturers stuff generally comes from the SHOT show and various sources, as door prizes for the matches.

The most desirable of all silhouette apparel is the coveted orange shirt from Winnsboro. And you can't buy those.... :ymdevil:

Unless of course you happen to live in Louisiana  Then you might not sport that shirt to much in public lol.

The best way is to attend matches though. I always allow some shirt money in the trip budget for any match.

Sounds like you just need to wait until June then. I have two Southern Nationals shirts and one Lapua shirt that are still going strong. And yeah, the orange shirt, too, but it only comes out on very special occasions. 8)

As for the story of the orange shirts, ask the illustrious Mr. McLemore to explain that to you...

Brandon,
SNOSS...Southern Nationals Orange Shirt Society, the few, the impressive and to say the least not what you want to wear in Franklin Parrish.

Welcome to the fun.

SNOSS is a "special" crew. And an honor to be a part of...just wish I could wear the shirt!

The TPK shirts are even harder to obtain...in specific colors :) We have HIGH standards...but we'll let anyone be a supporter.

The stock in TPK went down several notches last year in Mo, when McAlice was spotted in one of your T-shirts. What kind of defense do you have for that?
